A cutting-edge motorsport competition focused on autonomous vehicles, combining AI and robotics with high-speed racing. A lot of learning and an adjustment in how to look at and manage motorsport.

FMR Sport supplied a team to cover sporting, operations, mechanics & officials for the event. 

We managed the Sporting Regulations, track hire & services, Race Control operations, event accreditation, event administration, competitor liaison, event schedule, event coordination.  

In addition our team of officials included Race Director, Stewards & Secretary. 

Stationed in the UAE for the pre-event build up and regular travel to work with the onsite team. 

Covering the Motorsport Games, Formula 3 Championship and the Macau Grand Prix as Steward Secretary. In addition to Fiona taking on these series'/events, Dominika has her own experience with FIA as Stewards Secretary for Formula E, Motorsport Games and WTCR. 

Managing all administration for the Stewards room, including entry lists, driver briefing logs, all communications between the Stewards and the Competitors, ensuring everyone is fed and watered, drafting and issuing all summons & decisions, maintaining event records for the FIA website and archives. 

A new electric racing championship, FMR Sport form the Sporting department.

Managing the sporting and administration process from conception. This includes writing 2 sets of Sporting Regulations for FG1 & FG2, working with FIA for e-safety procedures, car homologation and series registration, liaising with ASN for administration, management of series officials, management of sporting suppliers, working with the Operations team for calendars and sporting requirements, competitor relations. In addition, series coordination between departments and support to senior management administration. 

Covering 9 years in the Touring Car category as Team's & Championship Coordinator.

Navigating & supporting competitors in events across 5 continents & working with FIA on Sporting Regulations, 

In addition, management of all championship accreditations, championship administration, competitor budgets, onsite services & suppliers, local promoters & circuits.

A full 360 event coordination service. 

In addition coordination of sporting, competitor and marketing of the European Touring Car Cup. 

A side step for FMR Sport who was asked to support NKrush with the Media Accreditation Centre for the F1 Miami GP. 

Alongside the onsite role of Media Accreditation Centre Manager FMR Sport worked with the Miami Dolphins team for all media invitations and gaining their authorisation from FIA for event accreditation. 

Onsite the pre-event set up included assisting the set up of the 350 capacity media centre, media gift bags, set up of the accreditation collection centre, staff scheudle planning & supplier coordination. 

A new adventure but alot of fun and a great insight into a different aspect of an F1 event.

Involved from the concept and drawing board of this new electric Touring Car series, FMR Sport took on the event and teams coordination. 

Working on the series along side the WTCR it involved setting up templates for all series and event administration, coordination of teams paperwork & event information packs, series accreditations, liaison with all involved management parties. 

A new concept in racing, following a Rallycross style of heats and duels, this series needed a new mindset and open mind in how to communicate the structure and communicate to the paddock.
